YES if any token launched on pump.fun during the UTC day that is about Elon Musk trades at or above a $150,000 market cap on DexScreener at any point before close (23:55 UTC). "About Elon" means anything clearly based on him: his name, nicknames, his posts or memes, his family, pets, companies (Tesla, SpaceX, X, xAI, Neuralink, Grok, DOGE) or anything he tweeted about that day. The PumpMarket team decides what counts at settlement and links the coin and its DexScreener chart as proof. Tokens launched before today do not count. If no such token reaches $150K before close, the market resolves NO.
